Constant 110-150 ping on AU server

For the last ~24 hours I've experienced constant lag that not once has dropped below 110ms, which honestly isn't that big of a deal but when the desync kills you once every map or two because the game registers me as standing against a wall hitting that when on my end I'm in the middle of a mob seemingly missing every single hit (Hidden Lycosidae nerf?!) until I either die or it rubber bands me back to where it thinks I should be. This popped up around ~4pm Melbourne time and has stayed consistent, I've had 2 friends tell me they're experiencing the exact same thing and other friends with relatively normal ping (extra 20ms or so than the usual) with lag spikes peaking up to 1500ms. All of this is completely out of the ordinary for all of us, me especially since I never usually go past 20ms.
Is there something going on with the servers? If so are these issues known/being resolved? Will this continue for much longer? It's really starting to become painful when I rubberband back an entire screen 15-20 times per map. Last bumped on Sep 17, 2018, 3:34:01 PM

Can you post a WinMTR capture to au.login.pathofexile.com? I need this to get our provider to troubleshoot the routing issue causing you higher latency.

I have been having the same issue, for rouhgly 24-48 hours i am on 110-150ms consistently. There is no spiking, just feels like you are on a different realm.
