Can you post a WinMTR capture to au.login.pathofexile.com? I need this to get our provider to troubleshoot the routing issue causing you higher latency.

I've re-raised this with our provider. It looks to be unrelated to the original routing issue, instead affecting a different subset of people. They should hopefully look into this soon.
