Definitely. I've found two Exalts this league. Both in uber lab. Just now I found one, although I sadly ripped soon after to a stupid mistake on traps.

With some luck you can make a ton of currency in there, both from random finds, treasure troves/etc, and enchants. It gets pretty damn boring after a while though. My head was spinning when I did it too much one day.

For the past leagues I always tried magic find to get currency and I end up getting bored so damn fast because it isn't engaging at all and mostly mindless.
but I found that what keeps me engaged the most in POE is hard boss fights (T16+) and Uber lab.. because you might die at any moment with great losses (either xp or you uber run) so I will probably start next league with an uber lab runner and then use the currency for a boss killer build.
