Here are some pointers, that should get you further:
Flasks - Get your hands on a diamond flask, atziri's promise with high phys conversion and a lion's roar. Those 3 flasks alone should pretty much double your damage.
As you mentioned, you're running an Impulsa's, which is great for mapping, but in terms of raw single target damage and survivability, Loreweave is a better choice.
The overall dps of your main-hand is okay, but it's base crit is pretty low, which is problematic on a multiplier-heavy build like this one.
After doing the above, replacing "Tombfist's" with "Hrimsorrow" and then replacing "Physical to lightning" with "Elemental Damage with Attacks", should bring you above 1 million AoE non-shaper dps and about 1.5 mil non-shaper/1 mil shaper single target dps.
Obviously, you still need jewels, 6 link and a few claw nodes. With 6 link, the last claw nodes and some shitty jewels, you'll pass 2 million shaper dps.
Beyond that, it comes to better rolls on your uniques, more offensive stats on rares, leveling gems+quality and replacing hrimsorrow with a watcher's eye and some amazing gloves.
I've only played the build up to level 70, so am in no way an expert, but this should get you on your way :) I don't check the forums very often, but if you should have any questions that I might be able to answer, go ahead and message me ingame, I don't mind.

Hey! Build looks great and I'm going to try it out, any recommendations for leveling because I've never done a melee build before but I got some basic gear, I'm using sunder because it seemed good.
Thinking about playing this in the upcoming race as a league starter. I don't mind using Blade Flurry, but I wonder if I should use (Vaal) Double Strike for general mapping, starting the atlas and swap to BF later? You surely dont need Blade Flurry for the low/mid tier map bosses. What do you guys think? I havn't played Double Strike yet so I cant compare the clear speed.
Also thinking about using Leap Slam instead of Whirling Blades. Should be fine or too slow without something like prismatic eclipse?

Ok https://pastebin.com/Rf4GaGMq I bought some flasks, crafted 5l for 150 fus and replaced my rare claws for frostbite, but still with frenzy charges my dmg is only half million which isnt very good :)

You're still only converting 40% on your physical damage to cold. Swapping your tombfist with hrimsorrow will give you a little more damage. Putting in a Watcher's eye with the hatred conversion mod will obviously be a lot better. The thing is that when you convert your phys to cold, you get a massive damage boost from Frost Bomb, because of the -25% cold res debuff that your enemies get, which is super dope for bosses.
It doesn't look like you have anything active to generate power charges as things are now. You should use the blade vortes+cast when damage taken+power charge on critical strikes in your main hand.
Your amulet has room for a master mod, you should swap the fire damage to attacks on your ring to physical damage, and master craft something on your belt as well.
Swapping your maim gem with elemental focus will give you about 10-12% more damage.
According to the pastebin you linked, you have 8 unspent passive points, I don't really know what that's about. You're missing out on crit chance, multiplier and massive life+mana leech on the claw nodes you're missing and the potential for more jewels, which is potentially a ton of damage.
I don't know what to tell you dude.
I'm only 2 levels higher than you, has a far worse off-hand and I am not using the legacy abyssus like you are, since I play league and still my non-boss dps with increased effect on a 5 link is 1.4 mil, despite being somewhat budget.
