I just switched to this and I've got to say, this is the most broken/fun shit I've ever played.
I love the ramp up feel this build has, you weren't wrong about the exponential scaling. You start out as a pretty mediocre Occultist wander, kill a couple packs, get soul eater; now we're getting somewhere, then you snag a double quick from a rare or something and shit spirals out of control real fast.

I just wish I had something that comes close to your wand, that shit's unreal, there's nothing like that on hc. I guess I can try my luck crafting.

You literally turn into super saiyan. Tried this on elder toxic sewer, you get so big you cant even see the map lol. GG build, good way to end the league.

I have all items skilled a bit different because i play it with arc traps. my problem is the termporal chains debuff dont go on me, so my hh buffs runs 20 secs and no longer. can someone look at my charakter PsMcw and say me what i doing wrong?

Well if it worths doing it , it worths overdoing it.So why not go fully retarded and instead of imoortal call use Vall Immortal Call. Really Immortal, life cannot drop under 1.

Shackle of the wretched is a core item, you can't self-inflict curse if you don't have it.

100 souls, I feel it's not worth it. Once the machine is going, you're already nearly unkillable...

Any specific reason for using Herald of Thunder instead of Herald of Ice?
I suppose HoI lags a bit more than HoT. But HoI also feels much stronger.

Herald of Thunder buff has a duration and will pinpoint ennemies. The point is to curse ennemies so it's reflected back to you. It will be less effective with Herald of Ice. Herald is mainly there to trigger the curse on hit, and HoT is better than HoI in that matter.
