The Story of the Prophecy Wheel
What does your future hold? Are you sure you want to know? This piece took about 3 whole days to make, but it was worth it - spending all this time in the presence of such mystical beings as Navali and her primate companion. During the creation process, I would often find myself lost in Navali's piercing gaze, thinking about destiny, determinism, and what part (if any?) we have in shaping our own lives... Luckily, Yama was always at hand, ready to snap me out of it and help me finish the job. I dare not spin the prophecy wheel myself, but for a mere silver coin YOU, exile, are welcome to have a spin and gaze into your future... Will you? More pics in the spoiler below. Materials: Polymer clay, Acrylics, Chalk pastels, Cardboard, Metal wire
