What kind of NASA supercomputer do I need?

I have a decent rig like yours and even I get a random frame pause if people spam links or something odd happens in the game. Basically it's not optimized too well consider it's more outdated visuals. I am playing the latest MMOs on max settings and get smoother gameplay.

I have consistent 8 fps in breach room and water pool room and on top of that commands are delayed by smth 1 sec :(

Thou I wilk admit, I have pc from world war I.

Exact same spec as yours, except I've gone for 32Gb RAM.
Upgraded as my computer sucked ass, and I was playing Beastiary with pixels that reminded me of Mario.
No issues here, and my internet is pretty shit. Took me 4 hours to dl incursion patch.

For those saying it's my connection, I have 30m down 10m up, 9ms ping per speedtest. Not amazing but not shit either.

And this ONLY happens inside the temple. As soon as I portal out, everything is normal. Played for 2 hours last night without a single issue except the time spent inside the temple. There's something seriously wrong inside the temple.

And when I say I have 12-17fps, this is standing in the temple with no monsters around, doing absolutely nothing.

6600k 1070vga 16gb ddr4, ssd - 30fps in town.. in maps 30fps-80fps on 1080p.

Its real shame GGG optimisation tactic is to simply wait.

After 10yars everyone will run this game on 60fps where all other games on 200-300fps on some supersync monitors with 500Hz or something. Yes I know I talked to Alva and she was in the future to tell this.

Its frustrating, poe runs like crap.
It doesnt even matter, dx9, dx9ex, dx11.. fullscreen or windowed, or windowed fullscreen.

Somethings wrong with your software. I play on a laptop with on board video. Has SSD but otherwise a business computer and fine with I turn res to 800 x 600.

P.S. I guess I was too quick, I tried to check sea witches map and it was down to 35fps.. Will try rivatuner to see cpu and vga usage during all that bs.

poe engine optimization sucks...all the fun boys out there are defending their master. Guys open the blizzard client and play D3 on max settings for 40hrs straight...not even a fracking fps loss not even a fracking exception error
