I love POE for the mechanics, but D3 is and still hunts me to play it over POE sometimes!!
PoE is about knowledge and time investment. Most games with a certain depth are. But there's still skills involved. And practice, if you want to be competitive. It's not by chance that the same players appear on the top of the ladder league after league. And it isn't just because of knowledge and time investment either.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" If you have skill and you know how to build yourself you can beat t15 with tabola rasa and 4 link, and you no need to do big flips or friends you can get easy chaos exalts even from small things on poe trade from new players who sell them for 30% price even max stat uniques which are falling on poe trade for lower prices can be profitable for new traders to buy them and sell for more. |

" I play D3 too. Its great game. I see it similar: PoE great for challenge, D3 great for fun. 1 shot mechanic can be avoided in different ways, but in compare to D3, its tedious to do: to find balance and not to gimp dps too much. For maps stack hp/es, enfeeble, arctic armor, shield, flasks like granite etc. And I am with you regards all that micromanagement. I would like not to roll maps: to check what I dont want play is so negative experience 100x per day... Last edited by Rexeos#3429 on May 27, 2018, 1:25:23 PM

It's rather funny when people say it's "easy to earn 50/100/1000" exalts in X amount of days, you just have to play 18 hours a day.
That, my friends, is not easy for grown up people that value friends, family and earn money for a living. I'm not bashing PoE here. Only certain perspectives :) Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

You don't have to go to stash after every map or pick up garbage, ya know.
Also one-shots exist in d3 as well. They are probably a lot more common there too as long as you push ridiculously high gr levels. D3 also has a 10 sec logout timer (unless they removed it) making disconnects xtremely deadly. Managing a stash can be a pain depending on how many tabs you have. My advice is to get a quad tab and just dump everything in there until you feel like doing a little sorting. |

" The one thing Diablo 3 has that PoE needs... Diablo 3 is the only game I have ever played where I log in, say "I'm going to get bored of this in a week" and then log out to save myself a week |
