[3.5] Oni-Goroshi Wild Strike/Molten Strike: (Slayer/Jugg, 7K+ HP, 5k+ Leech) ~ Uber Elder Down!

I'll be frank with you. From testing, I can tell u that the critical nodes from the templar side are totally useless. So many points wasted there if u play Molten Strike as primary boss killing skills. Am I missing something?
So, I've been playing a variant of your build on HC.

I'm using BoTB linked with VAAL DS to help single target and I went to Marauder starting.

I used your Path of Building and modified it.

By going Marauder starting instead of Duelist you actually gain more DPS and more HP (almost 1k more with your build) and more armor.

I have altered my own build to use Voidforge over Oni-Goroshi. I am using Vaal Double Strike over weapon-swap Molten Strike.

At level 81 I am at 6,186 hp with 6k unbuffed armor. I am using elemental weakness on hit on gloves. I'm currently at 104k dps at level 81 and still scaling.

According to Path of Building: Fortify Support (35% melee damage) is better than Damage on Full Life (58% skill). Why is this?

Not really sure what you are referring to, we don't travel up into the Inquisitor section; are you talking about Disembowling?

If so, yes; it has minimal impact on single target (Molten Strike). It does provide a significant boost to the melee-hit portion (something like 20-30% more DPS) which is a good 100-150K DPS, but does not effect the balls.

It does, however, have full impact on Wild Strike; so is a good overall DPS increase for your clear for 5 skill points. Personally I run enough T16/Guardian maps that it's worth 5 skill points. If you don't feel it is, and only focus on bossing, you can definitely drop those 5 skill points for something else, like jewel nodes.

You probably do not have "Always on Full Life" selected in the configurations. Fortify is a garbage-tier DPS support, it provides "increased" not "more" multiplier, and should never be used in any 6-link.

Note:
I do not own a Kaom's so I am using a 6L Belly of the Beast and I slotted Vaal Double Strike to supplement my single target dps.

If i use Watcher's Eye with 40% fire convert with Anger ON and seeing that Molten Strike already has 60% fire conversion, I can stop using Xoph's Blood right?

Why do we run Anger? It seems like a big mana investment for just some flat fire damage, unless you have some sick Anger Watcher's Eye or something that you aren't mentioning.

Hey, is Iron Grip worth taking for this build? Nice to have / important / must have?

It provides the most DPS of all the auras, and yes, I have a Watcher's Eye - It's not even that sick, just a single-anger-mod with %48 Crit Multiplier. But that's a HUGE amount of multiplier and overall DPS increase, and single-mod eyes aren't that expensive. You can go with the 15% fire penetration eye as well, although the multiplier is more dps (obviously if you can afford one with both... go for it.)

Mana is never an issue since even with 80%+ of your mana reserved, your damage/leech with 0.4% mana leech is enough to infinite sustain.

You can swap Anger for defensive auras if you wish, like arctic armor, blasphemy/curse, haste aura, etc.

Not a "must have" but it's definitely worth way more than 1 skill point, since we pass by it anyway. It's a huge DPS boost to molten projectile balls.

If you have say, around 300 strength (you likely have more) that's 150% "increased projectile damage". You won't find a single skill point node anywhere on the tree providing that much...
