Looks good for a niche build but as far as i know builds that want to stack curses on themselves are reduced to soul mantle builds. We are getting here 30% more spell damage for those basically if you can afford an atziri's mirror because otherwise it's suicide with 10 curses on you.

There's also "unaffected by Vulnerability" on Watcher's Eyes.

I beleive "reduced" and "increase" stack together so if you have 40% reduced x2 from kikazaru + 20% from scion guardian you have 100% but 50% increased on top of that would mean 50% effect remaining. Walking around with half temp chains on you it's not fun.

I just crawled into bed and realised the perfect use case for this item: you could curse yourself with Shackles of the Wretched Temporal Chains and bring back the days of perma Immortal Call, which would negate the downsides of the item entirely (other than ele weakness curses, I guess) and provide godmode for the vast majority of the game, as well as whatever benefits you'd get from being on low life for F R E E.

Either useless 1alc item or a 10ex meta item, depending on how easy it is to break that perma-vulnerability on it.

yeah, that's a very good point, although it would force you into using determination. Still, not a bad thing for the right build.
