I'm calling it now. Flicker jewel placed above Devotion. Possible 45% multiplier. Easy points from the Disemboweling cluster for crit chance for 6 points.

Allocated... meaning you get +str from the passive and -str from the jewel. Net change is zero.

Its a 45% crit multi jewel that only makes sense in a single slot. probably a no-brainer for all crit-based caster builds, mainly templar and witch, if the price is ok-ish.
