Shadow - [3.3, Build-of-the-week] Stored Lightning Bolt - CantripN's Lightning Trapper. - Forum

There's only 1 lvl 21 gem. The only corruption that would be hard to get is the +1 power charge, but its on a helm with lackluster stats which would not be that expensive. Short question regarding MoM + EB: Is my Energy Shield pool added to the unreserved Mana to calculate the Mana required? Lets say I have 5000 Life. Perfect Mana pool would be 5000/7*3 = 2260 Mana. In case I have 1000 ES and 1300 (unreserved) Mana does that fit or is ES ignoired in case of MoM? I´m thinking about to drop one Aura (autocast > CWDT) to take MoM for more eHP. However, the reliability of your ES for sustained damage is lower, in my feeling. I think of my Mana as a more reliable resource, and ES with Tinkerskin as a way ti help protect my Mana. Nearly 19-20% of all high level players are running either this build, or the exact same build with a loreweave instead (and with the loreweave you don't use eldritch battery)... (poe.ninja stats) So yeah, it's not "bullshit". the gear has been upgraded, but if you read this thread a few weeks ago, less good gear was being used. The only critique I have is that loreweave isn't mentioned as an optional alternative, that's fair to say, but, loreweave isn't cheaper! so it doesn't really relate to you're complaint that this build is "bullshit". The elder essence worm is bullshit and worth a million fortunes, but, well, you don't need to use the elder version of essence worm to follow every other bit of the guide. It still all works perfectly fine. The tinkerskin that gives you lvl23 arc is also bullshit, sure, but, he only just posted that on the last page of the thread! For the past month he's been using a regular tinkerskin. That is exactly right. And yeah, I should add a note about non-MoM builds, and how Loreweave is a decent option, especially without MoM. Yeah, the ring and the chest are BS, just got lucky and got them for 4 ex and 6 ex. Was doing all content fine without it, but they added about 18% and 14% damage compared to my prior gear. Not a small amount, but not a game-changer. I don't even bother buffing up with Vaal Arc and Vaal RF for most content. I don't even bother buffing up with Vaal Arc and Vaal RF for most content. Vaal rf seems to be a bad idea..you dont really have the hp / es pool to make it worth it.
