in the last 3 days I suffered 3 attempts at unauthorized access to my account. I was warned by your fraud management system and I changed my password 2 times.
despite this today and my chest 5l is gone, all My orb, All my skill, all my item on Bags and Stash Character Bottana please help |

I trust that it can be resolved
because I am sure that my PC was not compromised. all I need to restore my character with a backup of 3 days ago I can not play if it does not repeat I have the absolute certainty that my computer has not been compromised p.p.s. sorry for my bad English |

GGG doesn't restore accounts.

" yeah...no, you changed your password 2 times in response to previous attempts to access your account if they have still managed to get into your account then your PC is compromised and by the looks of it, it's a key logger. Don't ever delude your self into thinking your PC is secure...it's not...not ever. Just because you have suffered no previous hacking attempts doesn't mean you never will. Ancestral Bond. I've had this same issue come up the other day but just figured it was a fluke. Today I got another one saying my account was locked. I've logged into emails and other games, none of those have been tampered with.
I deleted the first email but this one today says that the attempt was from "Beijing, Beijing, China". I'm doing a full computer scan with my AV atm, so we'll see. Edit: After thinking about this, I don't think its any fault on my end. If it was a keylogger, the person should have had access to my email that I used to unlock the game the other day. He tried it last night at 4:30am Est, its now 5pm Est. Edit 2: Antivirus reported nothing. Unless its something BitDefender can't track, I hope GGG will take a look into their DB security. MY PC WAS NOT COMPROMISED GGG send me a mail where they explain that their policy does not cover damages just leave game with my friends for this reason good luck all |
