That's not how math works.

mathil is pretty much correct with his sentence: "it is like playing standard right now"

but in standard we actually would get some more currency drops. I can bomb smaller african countries with my beast nets but can't even make my maps magic because I don't even get some transmutes.....
I got harbinger on a fortune favors the bold roll a couple days ago. It felt good :/.
I expected the red beast rate would be at least 100% in a map and a chance to have 2 of them in the same map.

This is just boring shit right now.

Its actually 50% because it either spawns a breach/abyss, or it doenst, so its 50/50.

Math.
this is actually standard league the beast mechanic are rare and underwhelming and there is only 10% chance to spawn breach or abyss and for me on avarage i get one abyss or breach per 10-15 maps and we also got no breach mod so this is like i said pretty much standard league and is one of the shittyest leagues i have ever played

Well first of all, while you are technically correct that's not how math works, it's pretty damn close enough in this case. The actual break down is as follows:

No Breach or Abyss: 81%
Breach or Abyss: 18%
Breach AND Abyss: 1%

The End result however, assuming the stated rate of red beasts being one in five maps is correct, is that you do, in fact, get red beasts equal to your total number of Abysses and Breaches on average. Which is the point he was trying to make.

Personally, I feel the lack of a pinata mechanic is ok if the challenges were also not reliant on doing that much more work to get them - it's a shame the challenges aren't as different from the last league as the loot mechanic is.

Or - make beasts shit loot.

Honestly I don't mind the league fundamentally speaking, I think it was a bold move.

I just find the beastcrafting system kind of clunky. Like they released the league in alpha mode. As a Spectremancer, it is crazy difficult to even see the beasts let alone try and net one...

So I have kind of forgotten about the beastcrafting for now, which is a shame. I am going to use this league to test out new ascendancies and builds I haven't tried before.
