Which would u recommend Fossil crafted claw vs Wasp Nest? (can bring fossil from hc delve) and Volkur vs fenumus? Thanks for nice build IGN : Bondisk, Champion, Vegadisk

If you can geat GG standard gear (like 4-stat abyss jewels) then I'd also go with Volkuur's because a) it scales better with gear 2) you'll deal enough damage to kill everything before the poison ever runs out. In SSF, I briefly tried throwing a handful of Aberrants at my iL83 Gemini Claw (from the Rabid Rhoa) and never hit Malicious once, so I've been using this pile - - while I've been attempting to chance The Wasp Nest (over 200 attempts, now - first time in PoE I've been running the straight flush vendor recipe plus trading chances for scours via Catarina). Only have the one Corroded Fossil - are they weighted more rarely / only found behind walls? | |
"I had a look at all the fossil mods, but corroded is really the only usable one. You could use a sanctified but I don't think it's worth using just for that. Corroded fossils can be found in the Fungal Caverns und the Petrified Forest biomes, they are relatively common actually. It's actually pretty easy to craft a decent claw. I'd say toss at a couple of ex at it and you'll get some pretty GG stuff.
I crafted this with a few chaos: POB falls flat trying to calculate damage on this build tho. I've never seen a build so hard to scale outside obvious stuff. But lots of damage go hidden. Is this what life was like before POB, I can't even remember that lol Some interesting stuff you can do with fossils tho: With that had AS on it... Deliver pain exquisite

How do you guys figure out what's better than wasps? Is there a proper way to simulate MS dps/poison in pob?
