Why was Encroaching Darkness so heavily nerfed?

I don't like this at ALL. And unlike most of you, I am not a freaking baby and don't whine on here constantly for attention which is sadly lacking.
Also, what about the SSF people? WTF are they supposed to do? Censored.

Well, the league needs some tweaks imo, but will get better. I don't dislike it. But this is not league specific so ...
