A Few Specific Balance Changes in 3.2.0

The "marathon" to reach Zana 8 (and all of the other masters for that matter) needs to reduced by more than half. No one wants to do rotations. They are soul-crushing and anti-fun.
(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0

If we aren't going to be able to block bad mods on Sextants you should really remove the bad ones. Mods like slipstream even goes as far as reducing the amount of mobs in a map.

As much as I'll miss the massive piles of loot, I think this will be a positive change overall.
