It's because a level 9 CwDT can only effect gems with a level 54 requirement or lower. Bone Offering is level 19 with a level 68 requirement and is, thus, not affected by CwDT.

Loving your build so far, its fun and phenomenal & getting close to 90 in Abyss HC, starting to worry about Elder/Shaper!

I've got a little issue in that I can't seem to work out what I'm missing to push myself to close to your DPS with your build. Would you mind taking a look and offering any suggestions you might have? I thought I had pretty good gear but when I compare my damage numbers, I'm about roughly a third of your DPS!

I can see the issue right away. Trade Spell Cascade with Spell Echo and you will see big increase in dps. If you go over my gem setup you see that I use VD - Concentrated Effect - Spell Echo - Controlled Destruction - Elemental Focus - Fire Penetration. Spell Cascase is only there for leveling. I switch to Spell Echo as soon as it's available.

Also I have 6 link but you are running 5 link.

I really recommend to use Curse on Hit setup in your Cremation setup as I have in the in the gem section in the original post.

Just use a high life leather belt and jewels with life, fire damage, cast speed, spell damage, block chance etc.

Yeah it was really sad. I kinda expected it but it still made me sad. I'm going to wait until the the final patch notes before I decide on next step. I might actually try this build as Gladiator.
I had planned to play this build in SSF HC and try for top 25 in ladder, we'll see.

Ok I guess we are doing Scion next league.
