Is this a bug or are you actually serious? You nerf 1000 items because they are 5% too strong and then introduce this? Everything ok at GGG?

That as an offhand statstick for sunder would add 2 links to every piece of gear you have. That is broken.

" Those "gain fire as..." mods are global since forever right? The 70% phy as fire prophecy axe also work on anything not even socketed inside like traps and what s not. Yea It is weird they released such broken mods everywhere like fuck balance. Yet they nerfed stuff like rise of the phoenix this patch lol. 1 team but it seems each people working at GGG do their own things without meetings or concerts. Poe Pvp experience

Food for thought. Also farming for rares seems to be the incentive here.Sure,you can plan your build with several uniques in mind,but if rares would actually make you hunt them more and give better incentive to attain better mods,then I am all for it. But this mod is stupid.Wording is making it general. Why charan on this sword mod is local is because its specified,like the "on this weapon" mods.This one seems general Bye bye desync!
