Multistrike/Spell Echo not working properly on Spectres

Just tested with my skeleton mage (only with one yes), and it does only cast slightly faster but NO echo.
My mages use to have echo before 3.0.1 !!!

First of all I commend all the new content the devs have provided us this patch, esp. for a long time Summoner fan like myself. And I know you guys have a bunch of stuff lined up when it comes to fixes, etc. But this Spell Echo problem related to minions (like Solar Guards, Skellies, etc.) is a huge issue from my perspective. Hope this will get fixed soon.
Again reading the patch notes and again not fixed.

Cmon guys dun let summoners standing in the rain, our builds mostly use spell echo.

I guess they do regression tests to make sure old stuff works, at least some happy paths for core things, like gems. Some things may be automated some not and manual tests are required.

I don't understand how it couldn't be spotted before the launch. Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate all the stuff they're adding to the game, it's so much fun, but on the other hand, the first impression is ruined to some degree by such things.

Add zombies to the list - Multistrike increases their attack speed but doesn't add additional attacks. So i guess it is same problem for all minions with both Spell Echo and Multistrike.

Especially since they haven't given any further indication of a timeframe....guessing this one's way out there on when it's going to get fixed.
