WTF is that bow mod?

I see it as part of the counter to all the Path of Nerfs that are coming. I know I read somewhere in the patch notes about some bosses being able to be frozen or take more cold damage? Something to that effect.

I can almost guarantee since its shown on a Bow its exclusive to 2H weapons maybe even just bows.
And 1500 Dex with a 2H weapon is sure as hell not that easy to achieve. 1K ill give you but 1500 or more your talking some serious investment especially when you lose one slot for dex on a shield. (not sure if you can get dex on a quiver or not?? cant remember right off) And to my knowledge there isn't no crazy uniques like the boots that boost str by 18% and an ammy that give 10% str for Dex either making it even harder. Prepare to be using A LOT of conversion jewels and have some shitty life.. and before you say it.. Yeah shaper gloves will turn that dex into life sure.. thats also another slot you lose an ever important dex roll. Wont have to worry about accuracy thats for damn sure if you try for it.
I also expect this roll it be quite rare as well. All the best rolls will be im sure.

EDIT: just checked... no natural Dex roll on Quiver BUT you can however use Essence of Sorrow.. Shrieking give 43-50 and Deafening 53-58. So theres that and good luck rolling a decent quiver with Essences. Might cost you more to do just that alone than the rest of the build.

Even in SC if you're running 1500dex, you've got 2k Life. Goodluck doing anything of value. A white mob in a T1 map would one shot you. A stray arrow from a bone archer, poof 10% exp gone. You wouldn't ever make it to 90.

Why would high dex automatically mean fragility? Ok, 1500 is a bit high, but... Garukans Flight seems like a neat item at that point.
With a rare belt giving %attribs etc.... I think it could be workable. Obviously way better with iron commander because you can just creep totems. Fell, not the fastest clearspeed.

Its so funny ppl saying things like this.

What im trying to show is that even 100 dex only or 500 dex, this mod gives insane damage, compared to any kind of t1 mod on any weapon.

And man take a look at other new mods like % increased strenght, int , dex that is comming together in this league, will for sure make it so easy to get that much dex. But you dont need taht much, go and grab your life nodes and have fun with insane damage that 1000 dex provides with this mod.

Comming here and saying that to have 1500 dex you will run 2k life..... pfff

Grab the +1 attack totem quiver and creep with 2 siege balista's each dealing like 20x the iron commanders siege balista dps?

And still have the option to attack etc yourself.

-shapers touch
-garukans flight
- the perfect form armor

and fill out gear with dex rolls and use jewels to scale more(brawn with 6% dex rolls, depends on int requirements for set-up though, but you should be able to put up to 4 in a build like this)

This mod is pretty filthy if we can just allt spam a base for it, then regal and meta craft.
