I never had problems with op things, i just play my own game.

" It actually doesn't have the same effect, at least not if you assume that you start at the same DPS with a new character at level 1. It makes the power difference between a starting character and an end-game character larger, and thus in most cases will also make the power difference between a mid-tier and a top-tier weapon / build / player larger. Which in general isn't very clever. Apart from that, I really prefer health and damage numbers in the thousands to health and damage numbers in the millions or billions. Remove Horticrafting station storage limit.

its a pretty sweet mod. i highly doubt it can be found on anything other than bows.
no way you'll be able to dual wield some foils with something like that even with lower numbers, or find it on a chest item etc. this league will be fun! can't wait to see what else can be found. |

Given the nature of how rare item stat pools work,
Also imagining how much time it will take to make this particular mod pop up, I am willing to bet it's quite unobtainable? The problem is that stacking dex is not only an investment for the insane dps of that mod you also gain accuracy and defences while stacking dex. This mod is insanely OP!

" stats of dubious use. its already pretty easy to get good hit % as any dex build with minimal investment and evasion always has been of dubious use.. especially now when they have capped qotf |

A sad aspect of it is the second GGG tried to adress the issue of the vast superiority of elemental damage scaling by introduing a bunch of pure physical gems (still elemental is superior of course), they add things like this, without doing anything (that we know of) about pure physical.
It's actually the other way around. Ruthless, on of the better gems they introduced recently now does not work with chanelling skills or Cyclone, so no blade flurry as well. And they did not introduce a physical only aura as people have asked for years now. Seriously sometimes i cannot even begin to start to understand their train of thought. Also BTW, if i am not missing anything, with just 100 dex you get more than the standar T1 added cold mod, and 300+ is pretty standard for bow builds.
