Hey GGG can we not use Xsolla for your payment system it's pretty terrible.

Bumping this thread up since the new map tab was released today.

I will not use this process again. It was way too shady (redirecting during the transaction?). My credit card company initially denied it. I tried it a second time, it said it failed, but I got the points nonetheless.

WTF GGG? Do your homework before exposing your customers to this crap! For the record, I will take my own advice as well. There is no more goodwill with GGG; don't mess with my money.

Agreed. This new system is awful. Takes way longer, and the first time I used it, my bank blocked the charge. I had to confirm I tried to make the charge with the bank before it would let me buy a supporter pack. I don’t get why GGG did this. The old system worked fine. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke. Why implement a system from a shady company that seems to be blacklisted by every major bank on the planet?

Very bad idea. Give us the old system back.

Chris explained why Xsolla already have our paiment infos, technical needs for paiements providers etc. It's done. We had nothing to say, no opt-out before the change or anything.

But i don't understand why Xsolla already have my adress mail (i just bought a sup pack and then received an email from xsolla). Are our adresses mail needed to make paiements on internet ?!
I don't think it's a technical prerequisites (is it ?), so why gigigi gave them our adresses mail without asking us before ?
