Hey GGG can we not use Xsolla for your payment system it's pretty terrible.

Um, caveman question - does this change anything when paying through Steam?

The funds go directly from the Steam wallet so it makes sense in my head that this would be bypassed, and Volvo is the only middle man.

Some of my fellow exiles may get this, some may not. The same may or may not be true of GGG staff. In regards to Xsolla, "You think you do, but you don't".

In case there is any confusion, let me put this in lay terms.

thanks for heads up. checked out this xsolla service and seems a lot of people have huge issues with them.
I will abstain from paying to GGG, as it seems all my payment options now go through xsolla, until the issue is resolved.

Slightly OT, when i link my account through Steam, does that mean that i can buy support packs through Steam directly without using the Xsolla payment methods?

I thought the direct payment will remain without this middleware provider, but even direct CC goes through Xsolla.
I am not sure about the exact reasons, but i guess using one middle man simplifies management and redirects potential security issues to 3rd party which is always smart for any company who does not want to deal with some stuff like claims or complaints.

If Steam goes directly, i consider Steam to be more of a secure solution (better ways to claim if something goes wrong), i guess i will link my account through it.
