Will the ratio be $1:€1?

And what about Ukrain and Russia: price, payment and currency conversion? (they aren't Europe)

As a Polen its better for me to pay in $ because in my currency dollar is cheaper than € (like 15%) so im asking: can i still pay in dollars?

I will continue paying in US Dollar with my Credit Card as I don't have any fees for conversion.
