The "Is Enemy Intimidated" is checked because currently, there is no way to input the correct shock value into Path of Building. Since Vinktar Shock was changed from 50% increased damage taken to 10% increased damage taken, I checked "Is Enemy Intimidated", which is also 10% increased damage taken and I did not check the "Is Enemy Shocked". If the increased shock effect from the passive tree applies to the Vinktar Shock, then it should be 12% increased damage taken, but Path of Building currently does not allow me to enter in the Shock Increased Damage Taken Percentage, so I am simply using the "Is Enemy Intimidated" as a workaround.

How do you get frenzys and power charges for bosses and shaper? Also, I'm guessing your res is pretty shit without flasks up?

A couple attacks into a Vaal Breach provides Power Charges, Frenzy Charges, Onslaught, Killed Recently Buff and Innervate. Just look at the GIFs or Videos at the top of the build.
You should have no problems having flasks up 100% of the time as a QoTF Pathfinder. If you're having problems keeping flasks up, you can just multimod more resists onto Opal rings instead of Crit Chance. Or you could drop Bisco's/Thunderfists for some life + resist rares. Don't worry i believe u payed that much for everything all im saying is u got scammed pretty badly. The thing with putting price tag on everything is that ur thread is more a WTS OVERPRICED WANDER BUILD.... more then a actual build guide. This build doesn't achieve or break anything... its a 4.5K life build with 5 DMG flask..... n u still inflate ur POB with stuff u can't do like intimidate shaper w/o belt of the deceiver....
So just remove it from build guide section n put it on the League sell thread if u want to keep all those price tag, keep in mind that this section is for build guide. N pls the intimidate but i have vinktar is a stupid arguement ..... nobody does that so don't inflate ur POB with stuff u can't do... just to promote ur build. A day w/o dealing with stupid ppl is like....Never mind. Ill tell u if it ever happens

" Please enlighten people about how you can purchase his gear for cheaper. poe trade all his gear will get you around 550-600ex, the jewel prices come out to 20-30ex each and that's pretty spot on. A lot of wander builds run 5 dmg flasks for bosses, seeing as you kill everything so fast you dont need to dodge/survivability Many wander builds tick intimidate and give the same explanation that it's to mimic the 10% vinktars. Get over yourself. |

oh really u think im triggered because of the gear price O_o lmao poor u i don't care much beside i could afford that over 5 time so $$$ isn't what im bitching about.... im more concern with how this is a sell thread n not a build guide+ he use stuff to inflate is POB. If he would fix those issue that build guide would be alot better n in fact 1 of the best ele wander showcase on this forum.
Beside i like how u said between 550-650ex ... that 100ex range is more then most ppl total cost of there build. All ive said is if thats really the price he payed he got scam by about 70-90ex A day w/o dealing with stupid ppl is like....Never mind. Also he put everything up, in shaper fight putting everything up take about 2-3sec so just w/o all those fancy stuff u would already have killed shaper. This is just another exemple of inflated POB with everything possible, at least don't put it in the title...... And about the claw.... O_o what are u talking about???? But its ok u can defend that kind of build guide everyone can enjoy the Unchained kind of meme build guide where everything is inflated has much has he can. nice build from what i've seen, i'll take a look more thorougly and try to sweep through all details.
here is the build that i'm using 15.6M dps, with f. charges it gets 18.2M dps. https://pastebin.com/97jshHFD 5.2k life. there are ways that i can make it 18M dps with 5.2k life. i gotta invest a lot for that but not far from possible. standard gear, dual wield wander, of course way more expensiver than what you are using and as a result the dps values are higher. as a side note i'd like to add that when i post such stuff some people get triggered cause they think that i'm comparing what i have with what they have and trying to be cool about it. but in fact you inspired me, and in return i share what i have. that's all about it. i really liked that you made use of marylene's fallacy.
