Packet loss in Brazil server

Actually they aren't doing what they can. It's been over a month and their server provider haven't found a way to get this routing issue fixed. GGG can very well migrate servers, there's a whole bunch of other Brazilian hosted game servers that work just fine and have no routing issues. Even in other South American countries.
We host our servers primarily with IBM SoftLayer. Changing server providers isn't really a viable option for us, as I have described earlier in this thread.

I have some further updates from SoftLayer:

We are working together with the Internet Exchange in Sao Paulo to investigate the reported performance issue.

We will update the findings through this ticket.

Thank you, Fitzy. I hope they can solve this quickly, because we, brazilians, are having this problem for at least 2 months, it ruined the league for a lot of people, including myself =(. It would be so sad if its not solved until the Turmoil event, and even more sad if not until next league ;-;.
How am I supposed to race with this freaking unstable realm? That's just bullshit.

Good night, Keep trying, we like this game, but the way this game is, it's impossible to have fun, lots of packet loss and high latency on the Brazilian server.

Thanks, I've forwarded this on for them to look at.
Hello in new with WinMTR but i've been having lag issues and disconnections really often now. This started a few days ago. I wasnt having any problems then and i was playing with 43ms ping. Now avrg ping is 120 with lag pikes and disconnections. I wanted to know if someone could take a look at this and tell me if im having ISP problems or Server problems. Thank you in advance.

BTW Im playing in BR server.

2nd edit: The first test game is running. Second test is not. Third test is running. just in case it helps understanding the problem. Ty again.

any news =(? Fitzy?
I don't know if this helps but, the route to the BR server (for me at least) used to go to one of the NIC exchange points, which is mentioned in the thread several times. But now it goes trough 208.178.194.254 (softlayer-brazil.xe-7-2-2.ar4.gru1.gblx.net), yet it still has the same behavior of increasing ping by ~120ms. Maybe we were blaming the wrong company at the start, and softlayer is not doing their job.

This is getting unplayable. All the time lag spikes and disconnection its just annoying af and nobody from GGG says anything about it im this close to quit the game cause its just fucking stupid having to start all over again cause of the disconnections or dying for lag spikes
