The people responsible for Diablo 1 - 2 aren't at Blizzard any longer, so trying to tie any sort of credibility of past iterations of the Diablo series to Blizzard is meaningless. Besides, D3 seems to be nothing but a very very polished turd, but that's obviously just my opinion :P

" The same bad press Blizzard will always suffer, regardless of their games. It's just simply cool to hate on Blizzard. The hilarious thing about the Blizz haters, is they will tell you on one hand how many years they played WoW, Diablo, etc. Bought this expansion - it sucked so bad they paid to play it for years. Now they want to have any credibility. Blizzard haters are the biggest crowd of "me too!" sheep online. Yet most every single one paid subscriptions to Blizzard to suffer through the harrowing experience of Blizzard. Anyone who thinks D3 is actually going to suck, or that any of the haters will not buy it on release or pre-ordered is a fool. Console loot filter for POE2 Please! i thought the thread of nonsence was going to die. what in d3 is like in PoE that the genre or is it somthing else i dont see any game machanics or any thing they adopted from poe they to a on looker seems that they are both coming out about the same time so.... hmmm yea the insparation for bot lies in diablo 1 and 2 because they where the originals. nothing else stands out that they have some of the same features.
loot drop been done in countless games of the genre the view been done in countless games of the genre PoE is a more of a TES class and D3 is a real class system PoE has orbs and are origanal to the genre. PoE has no Gold D3 has gold D3 canned the scrolls that did some things simalar to the orb system the skill system is way different. D3 announced in 2008 PoE announced in 2011 (3 years apart) I cannot think of one thing that they share in common that is original to both games. this thread makes no since |
