GGG! Go equip Ice Crash, use it against a wall and watch as the skill fails to activate! This mechanic needs an over haul, same thing happens to Earth Quake.

Indoor maps or tight area's feel awful to play this skill.

Been playing this build on Elementalists since Essence League, including this league. The reduced reflected damage taken, as well as having Elemental Conflux, is amazing. Spec into Mastermind of Discord while using Wild Strike linked to Fortify to proc 25% penetration to all elemental resistances.

You can also play with dual Frostbreath, Dual Strike, and the Might and Influence unique jewel with minimal modifications to your skill tree. You gain main hand double damage chance, as well as off-hand splash damage that still does double damage to chilled enemies. Ruthless and Multistrike make a world of difference as well.

ANOTHER way to play is with the Three Dragons using Static Strike or Lightning Strike, getting rid of the cold conversion on the tree or through Hrimburn, and using a physical to lightning gem for 100% conversion of your physical damage to lightning. With the three dragons, your lightning damage is freezing enemies and procs the double damage of Frostbreath.
