How this build works in patch 3.1 ? |

" I actually haven't gotten the time to play 3.1 and test Vaal Pact, considering its recent changes and removal of instant leech, so I can't really give a suitable judgment. I doubt Dark Pact might perform as well as it was without the instant leech, but if it does, then this build will work just as fine, but clear speed might suffer a little due to the AoE nerf. Damage-wise, there shouldn't be much difference, since we already had more damage before. |
