Some observations from a lot of beachhead rotations

Wow, lots of constructive and polite comments. I stand by the observation that the actual playerbase that I met in beachhead rotations is way nicer than the population in this forum.
Some points that might have escaped the observation of the pitchfork crowd: 1.) Running beachhead rotations provides profit. It does not cost anything. I you are running those rotations at a loss, you are doing it wrong. In fact it provides A LOT of profit even if the map costs 28-30c. 2.) Beachhead is a very, very easy map compared to alched T15/16 maps. The only valid reason to die in this map is because someone ahead of you cleard a bearer pack and you jumped right into it. If you die to other things in this map your equipement or your build is not yet ready for endgame. 3.) No matter whether I am casual or not (I have a full time job, thus I consider myself a casual player): one rotation provides slightly more than 5% at lvl 99. Each rotation takes about one hour. Therefore it takes 20 in game hours to level from 99 to 100. I would guess it takes 50 to 70 rotations to go from the end of act 10 to lvl 100. This IS casual at least compared to the effort it takes to get to 100 not using beachhead rotations. 4.) Regarding Starforge + lol + uber equip: my gear is good but far from optimaized. I gain about 20-30c per rotation. Thus of course, in the end, I have good equipment. So does anyone else who does beachhead rotations and is able to pick up loot/level skill gems. This map is an abomination. No doubt at all. Last edited by Faendris#5470 on Sep 28, 2017, 6:19:45 PM

So next league let's say harbingers spawn map only same rate as breaches. Harbinger drops and harbinger orb roll rates are the same. Do you think the map would still be a problem or would it be rare enough to just be an occasional treat rather than a nonstop rotation leveling option?

" Dude, don't even bother. The legacy of steel example ends the debate. The fact that it persists shows that the tryhards in this game can never BE happy expressly because they overtly fight for being tortured slightly less than everyone else they deem to be newb pleb casual scum. Basically you have a bunch of people that internalized the work (to death) ethic of the public school system and can only even approach being content when every waking hour is spent flogging themselves for the benefit of an upper class they think they'll one day join. "You don't understand. Ferengi workers don't want to stop the exploitation, we want to find a way to become the exploiters." ~Rom, DS9 What they are mad about is suddenly seeing people around them hit that upper class. they have been trained to never get there. They are angry dogs that caught the car, angry donkeys that got the carrot. I for one welcome the beachhead rotations. The game needs something to draw people together. Rushing isn't it, because exp scaling. This will serve. As always I say to the nerf beg crowd: If you don't like it, don't use it. Too much censorship that you never even see. I don't like beachhead, I have to try really hard to not fall asleep.
But I'm ok with it being in the game as long as we get content for well built characters (no glass cannons) that's equally rewarding loot and exp wise. What about a unique map that consists of all pantheon bosses scaled up to T16? Perception is reality.

So stop doing rotations if its boring and ez. Problem solved. Don't complain and ruin it for others who enjoy it already.

imo the problem is not the exp from the t15 beachhead itself, but it's the exp from regular t14+ which is really too low compared to that
