Really fast, smooth and well balanced character.
Fast clear and good single target. Easy to gear, expensive to min/max. Probably not a league starter.
100% hit chance with 4 million single target dps achievable with bladeflurry and wearing Abyssus. Around 3.4 w/o (5 gem swaps though). This is probably something you would like to do for guardians, shaper and uber atziri. Although I've cleared the entire game except for Uber Atziri with pure Lightning Strike and without an Abyssus.

[3.1]CI Self cast Lightning Tendrils + CwC + Arc, based on crit Choir of the Storm, extra chaos damage and fast ES recovery.
Should work in 3.2 with few changes.

Hey guys I'm a bit short on time lately and I don't know If I find the time to update the list in time. So there is a possibility to delay the updates until 3.2 will go live.
