personally I leveled way faster with 2 Poet's pens, and SRS in one and Unearth+Volley/GMP+offering (flesh or spirit) on the other, or skeles instead of GMP/volley etc
Spirit offering triggered like this adds a ton of EHP and healing, plus resist and added chaos for your minions and yourself. You can stand and tank all of Kitava's stuff like this


Frenzy + faster attacks + added lightning to trigger and proc EE as well.

Pretty much face rolled all act bosses and insta phased Brine King and Malachai.
Killed act Piety before she even started her beam rotation :)

used that setup from lv12 to 70 pretty much, smooth and fast
