get a stygean vise like this (craft movespeed yourself) for another jewel can check my char for other gear, idon't run biscos though (lvl 22 haste shaper amu, to not need alpha's howl or an unset ring), but you will swap yours on high lvl bosses anyway.

For the abyss jewel you did not mention minion deal x to x lightning damage on attack, can srs proc this? I want the LAZIEST way to fully proc EE and this seems to fit the bill.
While we are at it how about minion blind wouldn’t that be proccing all the time with srs? Thanks |

" If you're not getting >19% Reduced Flask Charges used on your belt you are essentially wasting 5 passive points. Profane Chemistry and Arcane Chemistry together in conjunction with Chemist's flasks and a belt with 19+% Reduced Charges creates special breakpoints in flasks uses that are pretty important when it comes to survival. for the recommended leveling uniques. adding a
might help people be able to start shield charging to proc EE in the earlier levels. cant use wands with shield charge and nycta's requires level 41. where-as The Dark Seer Shadow Scepter only requires 32. |

" Pretty sure minions don't proc EE, otherwise, the combo wouldn't work. Only "you" proc it. I added 6% blind with the new minion gems and it's pretty noticable. I was able to get above 6k using mostly the new gems, and overall, increased my DPS as well, even to a point where Ruthless is now the better option over empower. |

have "Adds 12 to 24 Fire Damage to Attacks" so wouldnt that proc EE in a negative way when we shield charge? |
