Oh I stopped playing right before Ascendancy, didn't realized that is a thing now. My initial thought was to capitalize my 6l PoH and get a Kaom's heart to build a life based srs. Kitava's thirst on desecrated ground with offering skills and maybe two essence's worm. how does it sounds?

I'd say Additional Accuracy should definitely be part of the leveling setup over Ruthless just because of how difficult it is to obtain a Lycosidae now (Currently 2x the cost of Belly). However, once Lyco is obtained, should definitely switch to Empower.

Should be noted that this build is viable on a 5L as well. You can always get a decent belly with low sockets, Jeweller's Touch it, then just add the 6th socket through Vorici and re-fuse later after you've built up currency to do so. Or resell and just buy the 6L outright.

i dont feel any difference between empower l3 and ruthless.

L4 Empower + 20%/21 SRS is the end-game goal of the build. Perhaps the content is low and you're not seeing the difference reflected in the kill times? I'm not sure. I used Ruthless last league up until I could afford a L4 Empower and the difference was night and day for me, very noticeable when fighting Guardians, Atziri, etc.

Not that Ruthless doesn't have its place. Its a great placeholder gem until the rest of it can fall together.
