Hey Guys!

It's been awhile xD, sorry I've been MIA (work, irl, family, etc). I haven't had a chance to play Abyss as much as I wanted [currently working on another build, maybe guide for that coming soon(tm)].

Thank you to everyone who has been answering questions in my stead. Super appreciated~ Now that I have a bit more time, I'll try my best to keep the guide updated! There's been a lot of work happening behind the scenes thanks to a few amazing individuals. I can't wait to show the new reformatted/polished guide once its done.

Hi huy im interested on making this on abyss. The gear Section is not so clear to read, can u tell me what items do i have to buy ?? or someone that knows, pls.

Can you explain how you are using Elemental Equilibrium? Are you leading with desecrate everyfight so that SRS does more damage? Also what is the benefit of taking Herd the Flock? Thanks a lot for your help and the build guide!

EE is triggered by Orb of Storms or any other ELEMENTAL Skill of your choosing. You only really need to concern yourself on bossfights with this. Desecrate will NOT trigger EE. Personally I use Arc for the Range benefit.

As far as Herd the Flock is concerned I agree that there's no reason for SRS to skill this. I've not gotten that point. Same for Puppet Master. This might change, however, once you reach higher bosses (or Breachlords) where there's a lot of AoE Damage coming in. Then those nodes may help the little rackers to stay alife longer (thus granting more dps).

Explained in the text if you'd just read. Pets have roughly 71% hitchance against endgame bosses like shaper. Lycosidae is almost a 50% dps increase going with PathOfBuilding. Who knows how the magic math works anyways...

Use PathOfBuilding, it's all there.

Most important Items are: Lycosidae and Empower (3/4). The thing that scales the DPS the most are these two things since Levels for SRS are extremely beneficial.
However, you do need almost nothing to get started with the build. It really just boils down to how much content you want to clear and how easy you want it to be. The less damage you have the more difficult some fights may appear since they take so much longer.

I have never played SRS so I'd like give it a try. Because I have already Lycosidae and correctly coloured Belly it would be bit easier to start with. My question is - what about survivability? How tanky is this build?

As with any minion based build you're not a tank. You can survive most normal hits and even the abyss monsters aren't too big of a deal. But with SRS, your biggest defense is a damn strong offense!
You're looking for a couple of high life rolls on your yellow gear to get more tanky.
I'M a bad player, so personally i die about once every one or two levels due to abyss mobs, missing a lot of gear still (can check out my characters, SamRaginsSpirits)

it's because you can still clear the content even without the shield. It just takes about 40% more time :P The claws itself are absolutely NOT required at all. They will just boost your damage even further (15% minion atk speed, +70% dmg if you shield charget and hit recently).

Those are BOOSTS for the absolute endgame. Not early mapping requirements. Also: the most expensive part would be a level 4 empower - which again is an ENDGAME BOOST.

SRS, as all other minion builds aside from golemancer, is a good league starter that can easily get super strong with either massive luck or enough currency put into it.
