The Quay Act 8 Disconnects

Still happening after the 3.0.1b update.

Can confirm this bug still exists

XBOX: Spartanfox86
US/California Gateway
Error Message: An unexpected disconnection occurred
Crashing back into the title screen of PoE

Can also confirm that the fix laid out above (pressing A to start loading zone, then pressing Home button, drop back to XBOX home screen, and wait a half-minute before going back to PoE) does work.

Seems like there is something that avoids the bug when the game is in the background.
