Question about account sharing

Hello PoE community, I recently moved to a country with no-so-great-internet (lowest ping is ~110). I was wondering if I could possibly ask my friend to do my HC Merc/Uber labs for me by logging into my account?

Thanks in advance!

No, account sharing is not allowed and can get both of you banned.

From the ToU, #13:
"
You may not transfer your registration or any rights you may have in your Member Account to any other person or entity.

and #15
"
Confidentiality of Passwords: You must keep all password and login information associated with your Member Account confidential and not disclose such information to any third party or allow a third party access to your Member Account without first obtaining Grinding Gear Games’ written consent.

It appears he's following the ToU.

"allow a third party access to your Member Account without first obtaining Grinding Gear Games’ written consent."

Isn't this exactly what he's doing even if he didn't Specifically say "Hey Grinding Gear Games, can I get written permission to violate ToU 15?" He's not trying to transfer rights, just lend them to a friend. He's asking the wrong people, poe community, not GGG, but otherwise, I see no problem with it as long as GGG says yes.
He would have to email support and ask. If GGG thinks anything is fishy, they have every right to ban/lock the account.

The best and only thing to do would be to email support at support@grindinggear.com. Nothing like this would be handled via the forums regardless, as is GGG's policy that all account issues are handled via email.
