Dexterity: Every 10 dexterity grants 2% increased evasion rating.
Stack dex and evasion. Only with 11250+ evasion you already removed move speed penalty, everything above that just gives you tons of move speed. You also get 100% increased evasion from stibnite, up to 100% increased evasion from flask suffix, QotF itself has very high evasion. So just 1 flask + this body (jade of reflexes) without any dex, any other gear pieces is already 12k ES, which covers penalty.

Hell yeah. Fucking nerf everything until build diversity is discussed as a past time rather than the heart and soul of POE.

WTF is up with people asking for more nerfs? Do you play 24/7 so you think it's fine to be able to do endgame after 300 hours of playtime only?

The build ia niche and designed to do one thing really well, it's not abusing anything.

Seems like asking for nerfs is the new troll meta. If you can't play anything you like, because GGG already nerfed it, might as well act concerned and make them nerf whatever's left.

It does not matter that evasion builds are hamstrung for life in that green desert we call the lower right side of the tree. The SPEED! Yes, apparently movement speed is what's broken about this game, we must nerf movement speed!!!

nerfing a build because it trivializes end game bosses like guardians and shaper is one thing

but nerfing a build because it can clear lab very fast is just wtf. might as well start nerfing builds for leveling too fast or being too good at killing kitava lmao
