d3 > poe

I like both games tbh. I play d3 cus of huuuuuuuuge nostalgia for Diablo series, i enjoy the necromancer which i bought. Really fun class tho the mages summoning is annoying. But i always play just few weeks in d3, even when the Necro came out i didn play long. I always end up playing POE much more and i think its well rounded better game. Tho You mostly play poe solo which i dont rly like, drop system is clunky, in D3 everyone have his own drop and that makes partying from lvl 1 till endg game actually rwewarding. In POE u dont really party.

POE more casual and forgiving. Poping up instant portal pretty much forgives a lot. Out of portal scrolls? Not a problem, game always ready to help, just use instant logout :D

Trading in PoE SUCKS with capital S. I tried to buy something several times and couldn't. Basically it is online only single player game

5 years and they can't implement basic trading mechanics without whispering into the big black emptiness

D3 is terrible and easy because

1) Legendaries rain from the sky like candy. Rares are useless.
2) The game holds your hand like you are three years old.
3) No thought required. Slap on the same legendary set most everyone uses in your class and go.

D3 isn't comparable to PoE because it has no RPG to be seen. It's a mindless action game that is fun for only a short while.

now thats just silly

first off most deaths in PoE are instant and therefore portals or logout wont help

also every class in D3 gets a second life so even when you die you dont lol

I pretty much fall asleep on the keyboard after playing 10-15 minutes of diablo.

I've been a diablo player since the first game. Diablo 2 was by far the best in the series and D3 was good when it was actually hard and inferno was the highest difficulty. The game in it's current state is a pile of shit. It's gone completely downhill and every patch that comes out makes it easier and easier for anyone to just pick up the game and hit GR70+ within a single day of playing. My friends mom does that ffs. It literally takes no skill or planning to play anymore.
