[3.9] Windz's Generic Miner Sabo (Arc/Pyroclast focused)

Just 6 linked this guy. T2 crit chance but it's a high roll. 57k unbuffed tooltip DPS, and I still haven't gotten a Shaper dagger with two extra ele mods, I think I'm close to 2000 alts in.

Is a two socket Bubonic Trail worth it, currency-wise? Or how about essence crafting Opal Rings? Honestly I'm looking for anything I can throw money at that isn't alt spamming because it's killing my soul.

I'm done with this character since in just few days I've done all of the end-game content I was struggling to do with other builds this league. Got this beauty for sale if sbdy is looking for end-game dmg boost ;)
Also have two off-color sin trek's BBRR.

No 20/20 gems (gc is only 20/20) other gems was like 15/20, working at +1 shaper chest and looking for 21/20 gc but thats is already overkill for shaper, running other version of tree (6 power charges)

Because its Low life, focusing more on Energy Shield.

What is a good amount of ES and dps (either hideout or PoB) for the LL version to do uber elder?
