Weapon Pledge of Hands is the best Unique Weapon you can get. A Rare Staff with +3 Skills and spell damage and casting speed with 6 links would also be great but should be much more expensive. Life Leech is a must have for a good substain. You will die too oftern without and can't facetank without a savage hit) 5L

Best Chest to get.Cherrubim's Maleficence is a good and cheap alternative. Belly is also good. Carcass Jack is also fine. Rare Chest with Life also works for the beginning. Boots

Shouldn't be to hard to get these. No Stun No Freeze No Temp Chains. Perfect. Rest is Life + Resist + Strenght for more life. Rings and Amulet with casting speed / spell damage are also nice. Gloves can be fingerless silk gloves for more spell damage I run Flame Dash + Faster Casting for Movement. CWDT lvl1 + Warlords Mark lvl5 for extra Leech on bosses and endurance charges on kill I run CWDT lvl1 + BV lvl8 + Culling Strike + Item Rarity for Culls and Loot on Bosses Flasks

Get The Writhing Jar. You can leech yourself full on these worms. Divine Life Flask of Staunching for anti Bleed All other flasks can be any other utility flask Leveling, Skilltree and Paragon

Since we spend all our skill points in life nodes and are trying to rush vaal pact it is preferred to level with Firestorm at lvl 12 in a +1 fire skill wand or you can get a SRS gem and use this. Sunder leveling works also but we don't get any melee nodes and why bothering with new weapons all 5 levels It is recommended to transition into Dark Pact at least when you have vaal pact and can use the life leech gem and the first Ascendancy. Also it is recommended to run Blasphemy + Warlords till you go into BloodMagic Bandits Kill All Ascendancy

Solid build mate, I have a similar one running atm.
Have you considered Cherrubim's Maleficence for your chest piece? It's +70-100 life and +50-80% chaos damage. Much cheaper alternative to Kaom's Heart (1c vs 320c) but better than Belly and most rares. You can also build without BM and run an Arctic Armour and Blasphemy + Temp Chains/Enfeeble/Warlords Mark setup. Using Warlords Mark frees up a gem slot for Arcane Surge or Faster Casting which is a notable increase to dps (and leech too funnily enough). You might want to invest in a wither totem too (one of the reasons I prefer Cheeribs to Kaoms Heart or rare boots to Kaoms Roots). It's a notable single target dps increase. I've found using Leap Slam + FA + Fortify to be a good way speed up clears. Leap in, don't move, DP til dead, then move on. Similar to the old Leap and Sweep type builds. | |

Wither Totem feels too clunky on high maps because it dies very often and you have no time to rebuild it because you need to leech to survive. Maybe switching to Wither + CWC + Dark Pact in Chest with a Cherrubim and a breath of the council/ shield setup. I will theorycraft abit around with it. | |

But ~1500 life less The real bonus of wearing a socketed chest is probably LL not need in staff with warlords and can run haste putting DPS well over the top. You could run enfeeble as well which is probably better than 1500 less life. I think sockets are DPS option and Koams is the EHP option. When I was lv37 , I had vaal pact but the daamge of dark pact just only had 160 lol
