Okay, fix for a fix is done. Now it works on Windows 7 and XP at the same time. Not sure about steam - untested, but should work too.
1. Download runtime patcher 2.0 (based on Cheat Engine this time): YaDisk: https://yadi.sk/d/oCtS15Ht3Lk3wM Mirror: http://www.mediafire.com/file/t6h8ls685b0e5jn/POE3.0Fix_2.0_x32.exe 2. Run it 3. Run the game and wait for a gears 4. Press CTRL + F1 to apply the patch (just once, you can close patcher after that) 5. Should work now. This patcher is based on signature search in memory, not on static addresses (static addr. works on old XP, but win7 randomizes this every damn time..) |

Does the patcher's location matter? Should it be in the same folder as the game exe?

just opened x64 version and seems like its working too lol

it is! idk how but i opened PathOfExile_x64 and did what you said and its working
