Very unhappy with passive point transfer in standard

Problems I encountered: it says I have Oak's favor and a book of reform for Eramir does not work. Now it says I have his favor but did not receive any points and book is stuck in inventory :(

I got the ankh for Clarissa quest but she does not see it. So that is stuck quest.

There are 2 minor Gods I can't get on pantheon list. All the majors were already there and it let me get the puppet master, Abbaroth, and Yugul but not these 2 others.

I'm glad GGG addressed this. Lots of people pissed and they don't give a shit.

This is easily the biggest fumble of 3.0. Awful awful implementation.

I don't get it, you don't need currency nor XP, and monsters should die in 1 shot even in t20, no? So whats the difference between lvl 40 and lvl 90 mobs ;p jk

For those of you that have invested the time and energy into fixing up stand char(s), how did you unlock all the minor gods? I have 2 that are missing.
It would be nice if someone who spent a lot of time on this project over the weekend (I was playing Harbinger 99% of the time) could make a post on how to most efficiently go about it so we don't waste time.

One is just straight broken, at least for me. DC's me from the server every time at the exact same point in the fight. It's already been reported.

The other I couldn't find an actual quest for. But they're in a side area off the bathhouses in Sarn. After you beat them you get a quest to go claim your reward from Hargan.
