Freedom of speech only applies to the government inhibiting speech. Also, there is no such thing as freedom from consequences of speech. If you shout fire in a crowded theater and there is no fire, you can yell 'freedom of speech' all day long, you'll still get in trouble. They get the concept behind freedom of speech but fail to realize where the concept applies and where private businesses such as GGG are also free to enforce politeness rules and punish those who fail to follow them, all in a 100% legal manner.
