3.0.0 Item Filter and Passive Tree Information

It appears like the shaper currency sounds always play positional, even though using regular PlayAlertSound.

At least it is quite notable for my flicker strike build just rushing by.
Hard to tell for the non shape sounds since they come in such fast bursts that it usually can't really "fade away" with distance anyway.

It seems all sounds are notably positioned.
At least when quickly passing by with flicker strike.

With so many changes and additions, can we have a summary (maybe best: as a manifesto?) with all* valid itemfilter informations?! (it should obviously kept in actual status after further changes)

*) dont have to include basetype names for any equip, but the consequences from the support gem change had irritated me, as example.

There are lots of players that use their own, specialized filter, and needing to rely on checking what others ('supported' filter creators) do is tedious.
