Sao Paulo Server latency

It's not my internet. It's not the gateway either but the consistency of servers.

Sometimes I create a new instance and it's buttery smooth. Then the next one is so bad I have to abandon the map.

Also things like bleed/shock/chaos explosions, allies cannot die, "monsters gain a charge on hit" mod, conditional buffs near enemies and the amount of useless loot dropped should be either reworked or straight up removed due to the amount of stress they put on the servers. This way you can improve the overall performance and quality of the netcode without investing in infrastructure.
Still 130 - 200 ms here...
The DC has confirmed that there is a problem with one of the providers in Sao Paulo. They're attempting to get in touch to see what the current situation is and what the ETA is on the fix.

We've had an update from the DC.
They've filtered the ASN through a different level 3, which seems to be getting a lower latency.

Any improvement to the bad latency?

Just did a quick WinMTR from here at work and it looks to be normal again. I'll check at my house in about 3 hours and confirm whether is fixed or not.
Just checked in game and it seems normal now (at least for me).

WinMTR just in case

Thanks!

Hi There,

Things are working normally for me now, thanks for the quick response!
Greetings Fitzy,

The last couple of days I've seen a huge improvement, however, occasional disconnects are still occurring, today I had WinMTR ready, and just as one happened, I had this result:

Looks like that is because of packet loss introduced here:

Is virtua your ISP? If so, they should be able to fix this.
