My resting heartrate while chilling offstream is 75-80, if im doing active streaming and entertaining ish itll be 95-100 and when i have close calls or do something intense like Oba's it spikes.

I appreciate the concern guys, it's very sweet, also for the people concerned im on adderall or coke I have to admit I drink coke... :P But in all seriousness I'm very anti drugs since my uncle is a drug addict and don't ever plan on taking drugs, I don't even like taking painkillers except when I get bad headaches.

Thanks again for being so sweet!

We are well aware it spikes, we saw the video
Must be a side-effect of all those redbulls.

There is no 80 at intense workouts lol. Hi, I went to the fridge once. My HR went up to 80. I'm a potato. That was extensive exercise LMAO

That's what I am saying. I tried to make the joke about his intense workout consisting of walking to the water fountain and back.
My heartrate, when completely relaxed is about 90. Going over 100 when actually engaged in something is as normal as breathing, for me.

And before you ask: no, I don't have any heart problems. I'm just a very agitated person.
Intense workout at 80, hahahahahahahaha. We got Bruce Lee over here, and HIS heart exploded.

FFS an elevated heart rate of ~ 120 for ~ 20 minutes of light exercise per day is the standard health recommendation.

I drink like 7-10 coffees a day (no lie) and I still maintain a resting heart rate below 90. And I'm old! And 240 lbs! So unless you are under an immediate stress condition (PvP!) that 120 playing a video game is bad.
you use pain killers for headache????
It's the adderall and caffeine. Trust me, those will cause an elevated heart rate in normal individual.
Censored.

Not saying he's the heart healthiest dude - he does sit on a chair and play video games for a living after all - but I think this is a bit of an exaggeration.

55 RHR and 80 after vigorous exercise is SUPER low. Most people have RHR 60-80. And normal people running on a treadmill can easily get to over 120 as a steady state rate they can maintain for a long time. Pro Baseball players are measured to be in the 120-140 range while playing the field - i.e. they aren't being super active but they are on edge because they might be required to burst into action at any second.

When I was working as a bike courier, riding an average of 100 miles over 10 hours a day I had a super low resting heart rate.

I had to have a stress test once at the doctors. They measure my resting rate at 42.
They put me on the treadmill, at the steepest angle and highest speed and my heartrate did not go over 75.

They had to stop because they couldn't do a proper test with my heartrate staying that low.
