Atziri's Step are fantastic boots for any EV builds. I will probably list those as a recommended unique as well. I just don't like to load guides with a bunch of uniques, especially ones catered towards new players. But you are absolutely right.

Also, if using QoTF, you may want to just run Raider instead. You'll make better use of all the dex and frenzy charges.

Which bandit would be best for 3.0?

Alira: 5 mana regeneration/sec, 20% critical strike multiplier, 15% all elemental res
Kraityn is 6% increased attack speed /Increased cast speed / 3% attack dodge / 6% Movement speed
Oak is 1% life regeneration/second, 2% physical damage reduction, 20% increased physical damage
Eramir: 2 passive points

I'm level 87 using this build in the beta and it is a blast. I am using swords and went the nodes for it, but man Wildstrike is strong af. Both of my swords top end at 350ish and everything gets one shot in maps. Thanks for the guidance!
