My HOWA build last league proves this point as well. I litteraly only bought an Astramentis just to make leveling and gearing easier... Because i litteraly geared the rest of that entire build from garbage i found on the ground or crafted with Chaos spam myself as i went. I even self found my claws. Ended up with like 12-14 or so (most sold) just to end up with two 11/12 dex/int claws. Thats not counting the probably 10-12 Divines all found i used on claws as well.. Most if not all were wasted i might add. Not only did i do Shaper many times but even Uber Atziri. I had 70 Chaos, 130 Fuse, and like 6 Lab Keys in that build that i spent on the Ammy. Everything else was Self found or crafted. Including both my 6L Regalia's i made for the build. Sure i didn't have 16K+ ES but the damage was more than enough to still do everything with only 9-10K ES. Not bad for a build with around 2-4 Exalts TOPS total invested including the Fuse and Jewelers i spent self linking 2 chest and the chaos,alcs, and scours i spent on crafting. Which i think i only crafted my chest and helm. Everything else was found on the ground. And i had a hell of alot more fun putting the build together that way as well. Anyone can just go overpay for a bunch of shit that's perfect for their build and take it into any content.

As for Accuracy.. A T-11 map has lvl 79 trash mobs, 80 Magic packs, and 81 Boss. Guardians are in T16 maps with the boss/Guardian being lvl 86 (I think) Shaper is 87. (I think) Something to keep in mind with Accuracy as well is that it is always based on your lvl. So if you had say 95% Chance to Hit at lvl 79 on your character chances are by the time your lvl 90 that will only show as around 84-85% chance to hit if you dont invest any further into it. And you also have to consider we are talking about a non crit build. So yes somewhat you could get away with a little less accuracy and be fine especially for lower content such as a T11 map. But then with that same accuracy you will start to see how accuracy affects the damage and hits if you continue on into T15-Guardian Content.

In other words yes you might get away with lowish accuracy in Shaped Strands but dont expect that to hold up when you push that same build into the hard stuff. My HOWA build required at least one T1 Accuracy roll on at least one piece of gear or two pieces with at least decent Accuracy rolls to be able to handle guardians and shaper content. And even then if i could have worked in a bit more accuracy say two T1 Accuracy rolls i would have only been than much better off. It would have been noticeably helpful. Accuracy not only helps with damage but leech and on hit effects such as ele overload since the higher your chance to hit the more you will hit. Then you have Crit which arguably Accuracy would be your second most important stat after Crit itself. Followed very closely if not equal to Multi.
